A Roaring Good Time with MPI Georgia
The Georgia MPI Spring Summit is an exciting event tailored for professionals in the meetings and events industry. It's a gathering where we come together to network, learn, and exchange ideas about all things related to meetings and event planning. From workshops and seminars to keynote speeches and interactive sessions, it's a fantastic opportunity to stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in our field. Mylestone Paper was thrilled to be a part of the excitement this year offering some animal artistry. Held at Zoo Atlanta on March 19th, this year's summit brought together professionals from the meetings and events industry for a day filled with inspiration and innovation.
Animal-inspired Artistry with Personalized Slate Coasters
As a proud sponsor of the summit, I had the opportunity to showcase personalized hand painting and live event artistry. While many brands often seek my expertise to personalize their retail products, the unique setting of Zoo Atlanta presented a fun challenge.
Drawing inspiration from the summit's "Get Wild" theme and the vibrant surroundings of Zoo Atlanta, I decided to hand paint slate coasters with a striking zebra print. These custom coasters not only captured the essence of the event but also served as memorable keepsakes for attendees to take home and enjoy long after the end of the summit.
Crafting Customization On-Site
Inside the Savannah Ballroom I set up an interactive station where attendees could have their initials personalized on the slate coasters. The response was overwhelming, with guests expressing delight at the opportunity to take home a piece of personalized artistry. When I hand-paint live, it's all about personalization. It gives attendees the chance to customize their keepsakes with their own initials or those of a loved one, turning them into cherished gifts. Some guests choose to have their logo hand-painted onto the coaster.
